Native to North America, these beetles thrive in wooded areas and survive on decaying fungi, Ganoderma applanatum, Ganoderma tsugae, and Fomes fomentarius we have some avaliable here Their life cycle is closely tied to these fungi, where they lay eggs, and larvae feed until they mature.
