Shipping

• We offer shipping through UPS with LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) options: UPS Express 2 Day and UPS Ground (3 Day). If you select a shipping option of over 3 days LAG will not be applicable. Shipping rates range from $13 to $35 or for very special specimens we offer overnight shipping which usually ranges around 40-90$ depending on location.

• We try to process all orders within one to three business days. 
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Local pickup is available if selected and discussed. 

• Our Live Arrival Guarantee is applicable only for the UPS 2-Day /3 Day shipping option. If your Arthropods arrive dead (DOA), you can receive a refund based on the number of casualties. To qualify for the refund, you need to send us a picture of the deceased Arthropods within 1 hour of their arrival at the provided address. This ensures that they didn't perish due to prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.

• Depending on availability, we will either replace the purchased specimen with an identical one (buyer pays for shipping) or provide a refund, excluding the shipping cost. Please note that once the package is sent, we have no control over it, and the shipping cost is non-refundable.

• Although we take great care to ensure safe travels, there is a rare possibility of DOAs. If this unfortunate event occurs, it is vital to contact us immediately.
