We do not offer refunds on live invertebrates unless DOA (dead on arrival) with provided picture proof within the first hour.

DOA of any live product during cold winter months can be refunded provided you purchased a swift shipping option (Xpresspost/Priority) and a Uniheat-heat pack alongside photos for proof of death.
